📜 Terms of Service – Lyrius Metin2

1. General

• By registering on Lyrius Metin2, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• Lyrius is a private fan project and is not affiliated with Gameforge or the official operators of Metin2.
• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced appropriately.

2. Use of the Server

• Creating an account is free of charge.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts may not be sold, traded, or transferred.
• We may restrict, pause, or discontinue server operations at any time.

3. In-Game Conduct

• Treat other players and team members with respect.
• Prohibited behaviors include (but are not limited to): insults, racist/sexist content, spam, doxxing.
• Cheats, bots, macros, exploits, or modified clients are not allowed.
• Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

4. Virtual Items & Donations

• Items and currencies are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
• Donations are voluntary and do not constitute a purchase contract; there is no right to a refund.
• In case of rule violations, there is no entitlement to compensation.

5. Liability

• The service is provided “as is” without any guarantee of availability, security, or freedom from errors.
• We are not liable for data loss, damages, or outages resulting from use of the service.
• You use the server at your own risk.

6. Final Provisions

• The law of the country in which the operator is based shall apply (please adapt).
• If any provision is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
